You can try this setting on the MediaAgent.

Name: sSnapMountDir
Category: MediaAgent
Type: String
Value: <specify path here>
Description: This additional setting overrides the default mount path for snapshot backup operation, backup copy operations, and restore operation.
The default value is empty. If the mount path that is specified does not exist or is empty, then the mount path defaults to the Software Install Directory(MediaAgent Folder).
