Hi all

I’ve setup a small CS in my lab which I’ll be using to present to a customer.
All has been installed and is working.
I do notice that when I launch the Command Centre, the Dashboard view and the Reports view are both completely empty.

I’ve seen two topics on the forum around this. Both fixes don’t seem to apply in my scenario.

I’m running Windows Server 2019 and CVLT V11.25.29

I’m interested to hear if there are any solutions to this?
Thanks.

I didn’t really get to the root of the problem. I suspect an issue on my setup. I tried to reinstall the Webserver component and thereafter tried a repair of everything too.
I recreated the environment from scratch as it is a small one just for demo purposes.

Thanks for the feedback nevertheless.

Hi Mauro !

Have you setup all since since more than 24 hours, or less ?

Are you able to find information regarding backup job history or configuration from the same console ?

IF so, then most probably you have to initiate a refresh of metrics.

Also detail if your metrics server is setup on your Commserve or on another server.

Regards,

Laurent.

Good day Laurent

I set this up on Monday. I’ve been carrying on with the rest of the infrastructure in the mean time, as I know there is usually a delay.

I can access most other components. I can job history for what I have tested thus far.
The Metrics Server component is installed on the Commserve.

Regards,
Mauro
