Hi,

We are backing up PostgreSQL systems with block-level at customer site. We are doing individual db restore from commcell console but our customer wants to do this from command center. In Instances tab i can see PostgreSQL instances but in Databases tab it says no results found. Is it possible to see PostgreSQL databases in command center like MS SQL databases?

Commvault version is: 11.20.60

Hi Ibrahim,

Database level restores from block level backup is not supported from command center yet. Only full instance restores are supported. Do you have dumpbased backups also run?

Meera

Hi Meera,

I hope you are well.

Thank you for your answer. No, we are only taking fsbased block-level backups.

Hi Ibrahim,

Please contact commvault support team and create a CMR to add this support. We have it planned in roadmap but no ETA. You can track the support with the CMR
