Sysadmin is running Commvault SQL Agent backups, DBA is running SQL Native Copy-only backups.
Will this cause LSN issues?

No that will be fine as long as the DBAs stick to copy-only backups as they do not affect the log sequencing of regular backups. Note that copy-only log backups do not truncate logs.

Thanks, Im asking because every time the Copy-only backups is done seems like my commvault backups have issues.
