CS version : 11.32.73

I am really wanting to disable this automatic workflow which is enabled by default.

Delete client authorization

Delete storage policy & so on.

I could not find a proper method to achieve this, please help.

I’ve only 2 user, admin & me (both my mail ID), still i am not receiving any mails triggered.

Hi @Vignesh.b

Since there are two user IDs in the system associated with the same email address, the request cannot be processed.

To resolve this issue, please update the email address for one of the users or create another local admin user with an alternate email address. Once this is done, you can proceed to disable the workflow.

Afterward, the request can be approved by a user with a different email address.

@Vignesh.b

Method: 1

You can proceed by opening the Command Center, expanding the Monitoring section, and clicking on Approvals. You'll find your request there; just click on it to approve.

Method 2:
From <software installation path> run the command:
qdelete client -c <client_name>
