Hi Team,

Actually the clients are Virtual Machine’s and  the backup was taken at file system level. Now, after taking snapshot backup of the clients, it is showing as a duplicate entry on client computers. The problem is exclusive to these clients because other clients have also taken VM and FS backups in our commcell. Please help to guide on the same.

Hello @Thava_91 This is a known behavior in Commvault and is not a problem. If you want to hide the VM’s that were added as a part of VSA backups, you can right click on client computes > customize view > Un check show virtual machines. 

In this way the old client that had agent installed will be shown only.
