Question

While installing Passive CommServer in LiveSync, Instance001 i.e. Passive CS installation is failing with below error:

Can anyone help to understand the issue?

Thanks for the thread!I found only a few cases with this error, and in both cases the customer uninstalled and reinstalled the agent and it worked (before support had a chance to investigate further).I’d give that a shot, or call into support to havethe issue checked deeply. Unfortunately, the logging in these issues doesn’t go much deeper on default levels.
