Failure in commvault restore for Oracle from s3 compatible cloud storage

We have installed oracle 21C windows edition on a Virtual machine and performed a Full backup on Commvault HDPS(Hitachi Data protection suite). Once backup is successful We had dropped the complete oracle database and restore operation is failing from Commvault with below error. 

Error Code: [18:183]
Description: Failed with Oracle DB/RMAN error [RMAN-03009: failure of sql command on default channel at 07/07/2023 03:05:01 RMAN-11003: failure during parse/execution of SQL statement: alter database mount ORA-01103: database name 'ORCL' in control file is not 'DUMMY' ]

Could be an issue with the parameter file, but the amount of information that you are sharing is just not enough. Further investigation is needed by checking the logs. 

So, I would recommend to have a look at it with a DBA and/or open a ticket at Commvault for review.
