For intellisnap in VMaware, from where can I get the ESX proxy features to perform the snap? Specifically when I configure in this part Access Node ESX Server.

To see any of the IntelliSnap options, you must enable IntelliSnap on the properties of the virtual client - then there will be IntelliSnap options at the client level. Once configured when you run a backup it will be a snap backup. You can copy the contents of the snapshot to your library using the backup copy option on the storage policy copy (similar to auxiliary copy but for snap jobs only).
