I want to generate a report on the Protection Plans I have in place. If I look at plans in Command Center and ask to Export a PDF or XLSX/CSV, I don’t get the level of detail I’m looking for (retention, # copies and backup frequency).
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get that data?

Good afternoon. Unfortunately we do not have a report that shows plan specific information. For retention/copies and frequency you can check the storage policy and schedule reports installed by default. Most likely you will need a custom report for the information on Plans. Custom reports are built by our Professional Services department. Your account manager can assist with contacting PS.

Im not find any reason to pay professional services for a report.
