I'm creating a lab with VMs set up exactly like the production environment.
In the productive environment, we have version 11.18.3 of CommCell.
This version has not been discontinued and is not available for download from the Commvault Store.
How do I find this version? The idea is just to replicate the current configuration exactly in order to be able to migrate from the old version to a new version with more property, since I will have already performed the migration in the lab environment.

SP18 is out of support and end of life already, that is why there are no downloads for it anymore.

OK, so in that case, what's the best way to plan a version upgrade? With a view to creating a new VM with CommServe installed in the latest version available and bringing the jobs and everything else from the old SP18 version?

I would suggest installing a newer SW version as SP18 is end of life:
