Hi,

This is a very generic error sent by HP. It can mean that the volume folder does not exist or that there is a connection issue to Catalyst. Please check existence of this v folder from HP side and the connectivity between the MA running the aux copy and the Catalyst.

Also, what kind of Job is this? Backup, Aux Copy, or Restore? If you View > Logs from the Job, do you see any other errors being reported in CVD.log on the MediaAgent?
