Based on the screenshot, you only have one connected 10 Gigabit port.
The remaining ports are either connected at 1Gigabit or not plugged in showing 0 gigabit.
I recommend checking the SFPs, cables and switches to ensure there are at least 2x 10gigabit ports connected and available.
