- There is a data loss in customer environment.
- Customer wants me to check if there was anything which was backed up and could possible be restored.
- There are 2 incremental backups from which data needs to be restored.
- But while browsing the incremental data is stuck at βloading dataβ¦.β and not actually loading data.
- Previous incremental backups are being browsed successfully.

It does look like the index is reconstructing (or attempting to) if the Browse has to load.
I am not sure why the index is being reported as outdated. By default it should backup once a week if it doesnβt meet the β x amount of new items added to the indexβ threshold beforehand.
It may be best to get a case opened with Support to investigate this further.
