Have you checked the EvMgrS.log (located within the “Log Files” folder) file at the time of the error appearing in the GUI?
It will hopefully give some additional hints of what the issue might be.

The error looks like an issue with one of our Workflows during the Client Creation, particularly with the “Assign Storage Policy in New Database Instance Creation” Workflow.
I can see we have had other case recently with a similar condition.
Please raise a case with Commvault Support so we can run a deep dive analysis and provide a solution.

The final solution was deactived the workflow thats has the error and then we can config the subclient.

Javier, good morning.
With help from Commvault, the problem was related to the workload that was corrupted.
The steps to resolve the issue were:
--
1 - Registered with Commcell as an administrator
2 - Storage policy disabled (Disabled Assign Storage Policy in New Database Instance Creation)
3 - MySQL client created, backup ok.
