Issue adding Exchange Mailbox agent

Hi everyone,

I’ve a problem, After installing Exchange package on Exchange 2016 on-prem server as shown in documentation, I try to add exchange mailbox agent as shown in https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11_sp20/article?p=100566.htm and when i try to add a new application type I get a message “Creating this application type is not supported. Use the Exchange Mailbox agent from the Command Center or the Commcell Console”.

Plz tell me what to do.
