Looks like a / is missing in the path specified 

Error : commvault/commvault/MediaAgentCache

Try changing it with absolute path starting with “/” for example /commvault/commvault/MediaAgentCache

Thanks for ur respond, I HV to get commvault support to help me look at it which he advised we change the custom package but we are still on it once done I will share the solution thanks.
