I have a environment where there are 3 sites; 1, 2 and 3. The Media agent in site one runs its jobs very fast while those in 2 and 3 are very slow. The scanning phase sometimes take up 2 1 hour for 200GB of data.
The servers are Unix boxes and most of the jobs running are files system. The Media agents are also Unix boxes.
Kindly help on how to get what the issue is

Scan time depends on a variety of factors including machine specifications, dataset (number of files & folders), environmental factors etc.
Could you please upload FileScan.log from the Site2 & 3 Unix boxes along with some sample job ID’s which takes longer for FileScan?
