MasterVM shows in SQL DB, how to remove it?

I recently installed Commvault using the appliance version 11.26.  Looking at the health of Commvault it is picking up a Commcell called MasterVM.  How do I get rid of this entry?

@xusarmy , the Cloud CommCell administrator can both create and remove user associations with a registered CommServe computer in the Cloud Services Portal. Only Cloud CommCell administrators can view the other users who have access to the reports and dashboards in a company.
