+3We have 2 Commcell IDs and planning to migrate the data from old Commcell ID to New Commcell ID, tried to export the data from old Commserve but it’s prompting for the authorization code & share me the best practise for Commcell migration.
And it will helpful to migrate the tape data also?

Thanks for the question, a CS merg will require an Auth code and that will be provided to you from support. My understanding is that it will create the case for you when you attempt to go through the steps but i could be wrong here. if it does not do it automatically then you will need to create one your self to get the code.
