Hello
If you want to move it to a new copy and a new library you will need to use an Aux Copy.

If you want to simply move it to new hardware you can use a Move Mount Path job. Note this only works with Disk Libraries.

You can very well configure Aux copy from the existing storage policy and select the retention as infinite if you want the data in new library to have infinite retention.
