Hello,

our SLA status is at only 60% after upgrading to 11.40. back in January. That means that about 40% says “missed” and when I check the SLA report it says “no finished job within SLA period” for about 500 clients.

After checking them, I can say that there were indeed jobs running in the past few days for those clients (including full backups). The majority of those clients don’t have a file-system backup configured but SQL, EDB or VM backup.

Does anybody know where this issue may come from?

Thanks in advance

Hi EBG,

The first thing I notice from your screenshot is that all of the last protected times listed appear to be over 30 days (or missing). If the last job was indeed within 30 days the information in that list is incorrect, does it correct if you run a manual backup for that VM/server?

Based on the information provided, I’m wondering if there may have been an issue with the last backup time records in your CSDB after the upgrade leading to numerous incorrect values which should be corrected when a backup runs.

If running a manual backup doesn’t resolve the issue I’d suggest raising an incident with our support team to investigate the issue.

Cheers,

Hello Jace,

thanks for your reply.

I checked it and started a manual backup for some SQL servers but it didn’t resolve the issue. Looks like I am going to open a case. I will update you once I have an answer.

Thanks and kind regards
