I'm experiencing some communication errors with a specific Oracle base, I need to enable the Oracle LOG verbose in the agent, could someone help me how to enable it?

What is the name of the Process, CVD or ClOraAgent?
Can you check our documentation please:
https://documentation.commvault.com/11.28/expert/5553_logging_parameters_overview.html
and increase ClOrAgent debuglevel to 6 on Oracle Client.
Name: ClOraAgent_DEBUGLEVEL, category: EventManager, type: INTEGER, value: 6
