Is there any way to connect the Physical Tape Device into Virtual Machine under vmware Esxi Host?
The VM will install with Window OS. Is there any possible to do so without physical Media Agent?
Please advise or share any related document.
Appreciate the help to guide, if we can use FC/ SCSI connection to connect both VM & Tape Library.

From a software perspective we are agonistic to whether the MediaAgent is physical or virtual. As for routing the tape library through ESXi, we cannot advise on this and would recommend reaching out to your VMWare Admin for assistance with this.
