problem with retire laptop from command center

i have the commvault v 11.32.76. im trying retire from protect>laptops a laptop. the job starts but in job log i receive error. job log is attached. in my command center email settings is configured and its works. but when i click retire on laptop,i receive message that i recieve email message for approves ths operation, but i cant receive this message. when i click on test email from email settings from the command center i receive email message. what i do?

I reviewed the logs attached to the post and notice User DRI\gljubic is submitting the request.

Would request to review the below and confirm the details.

  1. Ensure the client being retired does not have any active jobs running.
  2. Verify that the workflow is updated to the latest version.
  3. The approver must be different from the request submitter to comply with authorization policies.
  4. Confirm that the user under the Master Group has a valid email ID assigned.
  5. If issues persist, delete the existing GetAndProcess Authorization workflow.
  6. Redeploy the latest version to ensure a clean setup.

i resolved my problem. i assign permisison to my account on the workflow GetAndProcess Authorization
