Problems share File system Mount Path

Hello,

I have a problem with share Mount Path MS Windows to another. The permission are equals, I have another share with the same permissions.

Have someone idea?

But this permission dont work, bellow the error:

The problem was solved, ran CHKDSK on the partition.

Hey @Fernando Souza !  Hope all is well!

Can you clarify the issue a bit?  Are you trying to create a windows Mount Path to be used as part of a Disk Library?

I see various different cases in our incident database for this error, though for various uses.

However, the causes are generally environmental.  Here’s a thread from Microsoft:

This error message is due to Ransomware protection enabled on the Media Agent. You are trying to share a mount path on a Windows Media Agent (with another Media Agent) This is done using DataServer-IP from the java console GUI. We do not share via Windows between Media Agents since years.
