If someone is new in a Commvault environment, how do I recover user credentials for both web and java console. Commvault solution was configured by someone but left the company. What effort does it require to access the consoles?

We would need to go inside the Commserve DB.
If you have the SQL password for sa, that will be useful.
So the best is to log a case so we can check.

You will need access to the email account associated to the Commvault account
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
