Good afternoon.  Can you tell me if you selected the option to backup the System State components?

Good afternoon.  Can you tell me if you selected the option to backup the System State components?

Hello, Yes, the checkbox is enabled.

This usually happens when 1-touch components have been filtered out of the system state backup - particularly Offline Files

Please check your global filters and see if any system state components are filtered out

Check that none of these are listed:

Hello, very strange behavior.

I have changed from Legacy BIOS to UEFI on the client and restarted.

Just for information I am using Rufus to build bootable USB

I also tried to used a response file.

Now it works fine, after the restore is finished, I have this message and I need to add Mass Storage drivers. Do you know how to do this.

The goal is to replace Acronis solution by Commvault.

Thanks !

What is the make and model of the system you are trying to restore?

It means that the 1-touch bootable ISO does not contain drivers that recognize the storage device.

You need to contact the manufacturer or look on their download site for the drivers - then place those on a USB drive inserted into the machine or a network share and select them.

Here is the relevant documentation:https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/expert/18911_adding_drivers_during_bare_metal_recovery_using_1_touch_for_windows_cross_hardware_restore_01.html

You can also create a customer ISO that includes the required drivers so that it wont ask during recovery. Steps to do that here:

@Damian Andre thanks, I will try this.

It is a demo pc Lenovo thinkcentre m93p.

Is baremetal supported for a laptop client? to be more specific, a client that is configured as laptop and it shows under the laptop entity in Command Center. I dont seem to find that information.
