I am running Rman backup for oracle database 19 c but I got the below error:

Can you share some more details? Is this a new installation? I can see some issues in our database where a reboot on a new install fixed this error.
Otherwise, can you check the ClOraAgent.log file for more feedback?

Yes it is a new client configuration on commvault server .
