SharePoint database backup after upgrade

Good day! I’ve got some strange problem. After upgrade from 11.28 to 11.32.69 database backups stopped working with error

Error Code: [19:1942]
Description: The RBS Store Client option is not selected. Please configure it and resubmit the job.

We are using BLOB storage in content database. MS RBS.msi is installed and configured on SharePoint server (before upgrade backups worked fine). Now I can’t find where to enable RBS Store Client option.

I’ve tried to create new subclient, reinstall agents on SharePoint server with now luck. Could anyone direct me, where can I enable this option?

When you select the SQL server, SharePoint content database, config database, and admin database are backed up as a part of SharePoint sub client.

It should not fail after the upgrade, we don't have any ongoing issues in SP32, please raise a Support Ticket to check further
