I’m in the process of configuring and enforcing SAML authentication for a customer, they have 5 CommCell's. I’ve only configured SAML on a single CommCell before, but is it feasible to use a Single App for multiple CommCell's and just add multiple values in the SAML configuration such as:

  • An Entitty ID for each WebConsole URL
  • Reply URL’s for each Webconsole

I also believe that we would need to have the same user groups with access to all CommServes.

Any thoughts on if this is possible or has been done?

We ended up going with an app per CommCell as we had different group memberships required..

Good afternoon.  You should be okay to just add onto the SAML config from the Azure side.
