We have an issue with one SQL servers which fails with the error message:
Failed to generate collect file - path \Jobresults\JobResults\CV_JobResults\2\0\1172210\DiffDBList.cvf
The C:\program files\ commvault and folder below have Everyone - Full contrall
This is a SQL cluster.
But the strange thing is that the job sometimes have a successful completion.
Any ideas?

Good morning. Can you please tell me if the Job Results directory is on a cluster shared volume? it could be that one node has access and the other does not which is causing the jobs to sometimes work and other times not.

+1It’s on a cluster shared volume - I just figured that out.😀
That volume was full - managed to free up some space, and now the backups are running fine.
