You can do it manually, or just use the option here to auto discover for all teams:

We:

• created a new Team in Teams
• used the "Refresh cache”-option in Command Center
• the new Team was discovered successfully
• we ran a backup, the new Team was not backupped

We then:

• used the Add team option in Command Center to specifically add the new Team
• we ran a backup, the new Team was now backupped

However we will test this again by creating a new Team, wait 2 or 3 days and will get back somewhere next week to this community.

Did you configure the option “All Teams”?

We discover any new team every 24 hours. Unless you configure the “All Teams” option it will not be added automatically to the content for backup.

Yes, we use “All Teams”. I thought the “Refresh cache”-option, would be the same as an automatic discovery (which immediately adds newly found teams to the backup), but the “Refresh cache”-option must be used together with the Add-option (if you don't want to wait for the Automatic discovery).
