NDMP Backups completed with errors due to following error:
NDMP Server [] reported the following error: [DUMP: Error: The pathname 'java' is not allowed since it is either a junction or a symlink]
Nevertheless Commvault shows 0 failed files or folders.
Is anything can be done to make those backups green (complete without errors)?

Looking at other cases i can see a few fix’s or workaround.
First thing to check is space on the volume you are trying to protect. This error will be thrown if it is out of space.
Assuming you are using a Netapp i also found the following that goes into the error its self.
Its important to note that this error is in Commvault be created by the Array its self. We just collect it and alert you of the fact so the root of the issue will also be outside of CV.
