Hi  Team,

 

In one of my customer environment, for two of Media Agents the Commvault services(Base & Media Manager) are frequently going offline.

I can see Commserve & MA are in same SP with 22.25

 

Please let me know what could be the reason for this.

We’d need to check the System/Application Event Logs and the Commvault Logs also for any related events or errors.
