We have been a very long time Intellisnap VMware ESX users. Sounds like we may be moving to Hyper-V.
I am just wondering if any other folks have already run into this? How did you backups speeds turn out? I am curious what we may be in for with our backup windows. We currently get some really good throughput with the VMware backups. 500 GB/hr to 2,000 GB.hr.
Any care to share your Hyper-V backup speeds?

Hyper-V can be very fast. Raw block storage from windows can fly.
Architecture might vary if you plan to use SMB, iSCSI or FC.
