We are sending Commvault Commserve database meta data backup to commvault cloud(metallic).

For Governance, we want to know in which Azure datacenter Meta data files are stored ?

If there any way we can encrypt the data while sending to commvault cloud ?

Can we enable password protection on the SET files in the commvault cloud ?

I got some references still have some queries.

-> Is it possible to change the location to Azure India datacenter?

The backups are securely stored in East US 2 region of Microsoft Azure, directly from your CommServe.

->This statement talks about data at Rest. How can we use encryption when sending the meta data from commserve to commvault cloud?
Azure uses encryption as described in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-service-encryption. (Commvault relies on Microsoft managed encryption keys.)
