I am reaching out regarding an issue I have encountered while attempting to use Commvault 11.32.35, specifically with the Command Center.

I have followed the installation process diligently, including the implementation of .NET version 3.1.32 as instructed. Unfortunately, the Command Center is not responding as expected.

To address this issue, I also attempted the installation using .NET version 8, but the results were equally unsatisfactory.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. If there is any additional information I can provide or any specific recommendations you may suggest, I would be more than happy to follow your guidance.

I think opening a support case is probably your best bet.  There’s certainly quite a bit more information necessary for someone to help diagnose the problem.

Is Web Console working?

Are Web Server/Web Console/Command Center on the Commserve?

You checked the ports:

Can you try to restart IIS and then Tomcat?
