MFA issue to JAVA and command center

Kindly verify below settings and share the log details for further review.

• Ensure local and Domain accounts are in the correct MFA group.
• Restart Tomcat and MongoDB services.
• Log back into Command Center and Disable and re-enable MFA for the user group.
• If issues persist, check for dependencies with Active Directory or SSO settings.
• Collect logs from CommServe and web servers and verify the evmgrs and webserver logs.
• If the issue still persists recommend to log support ticket for further troubleshooting.

Thanks ​@Pradeep , I tried the 3 first option that you advice but still not working.

I’m using with local user to connect to commcell and I also tried with AD user with no result.

I’m also checked the evmgrs.log but no any valid information

Hi,

I have an update - 

If I’m trying to login through the webserver and I’m choosing the option “get pin” the system send the OTP to my email and I gen login successfully.

If I’m using the option “get pin” and put the OTP in the JAVA console I can login successfully.

It looks like something with the authenticator app, I tried the option “reset secret key” and also tried to uninstall and install the app but nothing help.

All that start happening from the 11.36.83 version.

Any solution can help me.
