We are experiencing issues with our HyperScale cluster. Backups seem to be working, but we are getting the following error message during backup:

Description: [Media write operation failure] [Dedupe disk media] [The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.]
Source: SRV1092b, Process: cvd

At first it seems to be disk space in hyperscale, but I would like to know if there is any documentation talking about the limit space required to operate hyperscale.

Hello @Marcos Silva

I have spoken to the MM team and it seems as soon as you go over 75% used we are looking to expand or update.  This also also written here:

I suspect you are over 90% on one or two nodes causing the error and we would recommend adding a new nodes and then load balancing.

Kind regards

Albert Williams

Hi @Marcos Silva You can get a Support Case opened so we can review the full set of logs and configuration.
