How to make isolated DR Media pull backup data from primary commserve in public domain

In Commvault, auxiliary copy is always coordinated by the CommServe and works as a push from the source MediaAgent to the destination (DR) MediaAgent.The DR MediaAgent cannot initiate a true “pull,” but it passively receives data sent by the source.

In Command Center, go to Storage > Storage Pools and add a new Disk Library of type NFS, specifying the mount path and assigning the DR MediaAgent. Add this library to a new or existing storage pool for DR with the DR MediaAgent as the data path. Then, in Plans (or Backup > Storage Copies), edit the plan for your production backups and add a secondary copy pointing to this DR storage pool, ensuring the DR MediaAgent is used for the data path.

What i want to know is that my environment is RHEL based and it does NOT have java console but command center

my customer insists that the DR Media agent *PULL* the data from active commvault server for the backup copy.

is this possible and if yes how to achive it?

I understand ,but the DR MediaAgent can’t “pull” data from the production CommServe or MediaAgent. The way it works is that the production MediaAgent pushes the auxiliary copy data to the DR MediaAgent, all managed by the CommServe. This push model is fundamental to how data movement happens in Commvault. So, even if it sounds like the DR side is pulling data, it actually isn’t. That kind of pull mechanism simply isn’t supported as far as i understand.
