we are using Commvault archiving solution where we are successfully archiving exchange2019 but cleanup job is not working. Even cleanup job is running successfully but space is not getting saved for any inbox.

we are using Commvault archiving solution where we are successfully archiving exchange2019 but cleanup job is not working.

Even cleanup job is running successfully but space is not getting saved for any inbox. 

exchange admin have put quota on database itself which define quota for each user like echange2013.

what would be issue.

 

please suggest.

@Anantk  You mentioned that inbox is not clearing but are the cleanup jobs cleaning up any data?

Do they show any data in the job history?

Also are you able to browse the backups if these users and see the data as expected in a browse and restore?
