Commserve failover- Production Maintenance Failover/Failback issue

Hello Team,

We are testing Commserve failover test using production maintenance, while performing the activity it’s getting an error.

 

Comparing the database and binaries version...    Failed

 

LiveSync and replication jobs are running properly as per schedule but every time failing in that step during failover. 

 

Please advise.

what are the versions on each instance on production/DR nodes.

 

see general tab on Instance001 & Instance002 on both prod and DR nodes

The DR instance version is differed from Prod. After the upgrade the failover and failback is working fine.
