Problem with instalation File System Core

hello colleagues,
Please help with one problem when installing commvault. it can't install File System Core. I tried to reinstall and uninstall completely everything about commvault in program files and programmdata. Thank you

Your log shows:

11504 1     02/09 16:08:06 ### ### ### - Error: Не удалось установить File System Core(WindowsFileSystemiDataAgentCore) с кодом ошибки 0x80070643.

Translated: Installation failed with error code 0x80070643. 

Error code 0x80070643 possibly refers to your Dot Net installation on the server, eithe not existing or corrupt. As Commvault used Dot Net this could indeed be the reason for the installation to fail.

There are a few things to check.
Please keep in mind that the Dot Net requirements are different per Commvault version so my screenshots can look different:

  • Check if Dot Net is installed via “Add roles and features”:

     

  • Try installing the 3rd party Dot Net packages manually from the Software Installation folder. Location “<software install files folder>\ThirdParty” :

Can you run a repair of your . net installation and try again?

You can uninstall and reinstall. Net from Third Party.

Hello,

I am sorry for long answer. User was busy

i tried reinstalling the whole folder ThirdParty. 
DotNetFramework is not installed, says a newer version is installed.
