hello,

i am trying to livebrowse guest file and folder.

The client is a Linuw machine.

My media agent is windows and I use a ec2 instances linux machine as a FREL

I have this error message

Browse failed due to error while mounting virtual machine: Failed to attach volume.

What log file I have to check please to get more details.

Thanks !

Hi again @Bloopa ,

So you managed to log in? :grinning:

Which version (FR/MR) is this please?

You would need to check FBR.log and cvd.log on FREL.

Also check Browse.log and cvd.log on the Media Agent.

Let us know

Best Regards,

Sebastien Merluzzi
