Shutting down CI controller [Controller initialization failed.], dose not have webserver as well as index Gateway installed

    Hello @Azhwar 

    The error is stating you do not have the Web Server or Index Gateway package installed on the Access Node which is running the content indexing job. 

    Please can you verify you have installed the Index Gateway package on the Access Nodes being used for the Content Indexing job? Client Computers > Right click on the access node > View > Installed Software. 

    If its not present, kindly push the package or install it using the media kit.
