I’ve installed CV2023e on Windows 2022 server. Connected a Fujitsu Eternus LT40S2 however CV is unable to configure the library. See images. OS detects the library. What could be the issue?

this might be caused by multiple different reasons like wrong driver or insufficient connection via FC or SCSI. I’d recommend installing the latest driver released by the vendor for the tape library and the drives. Also, ensure the specifics for diver configuration is followed. Then try again. If this still does not succeed, ensure the multipathing and failover configuration is set appropriately (if applicable), and you may check the output of the ScanSCSI Tool to see if the OS detects the devices correctly. If so, you may do the discovery and configuration of the devices manually in the Expert Storage Configuration.
However, as this needs some advanced knowledge and as steps depend on the environmental situation, I’d recommend opening a ticket with our Support for detailed analysis and help on this.
