    Thanks sir,

    I am new here in CommVault.  11.24.3 is running and need to upgrade from web console to newer version. please help me with the step and can we take full back of console before upgrading? did we need downtime for upgrading.

    Hello @vickky 

    Please take a DR Backup and if the commserve is a VM, take a snapshot from vCenter before upgrading.
