Hi,

we have an issue with compliance search. When I click on the email, on  the right side should be a preview of that email. Instead of the preview we just get the following information “error has been occured while previewing” see picture below. It is in German, but I have translated it for you.

 

 

 

In the log file DM2WEB.log we just see a short error message, that there is an error in the Microsoft .NET Framework while trying to load assembly id… (see picture below). And nothing else. So it doesn’t bring us forward and we don’t really know what and where to check to solve that issue.

 

Our hope is the smart Commvault Community, which can help us hopefully. 

We would appreciate it.

What is your current patch level on the webserver?

Hi Mike,

the current version of CommServe ist 11.32.42. Same version is on all other components including Web Server working with CommServe.

That issue is resolved in 11.32.70, can you update to either 11.32.73 or 11.32.76 (these are the latest monthly maintenance releases) and retry the preview operation?

Yes, sure we can do this. When the new maintenance release helps, it will be then an easy solution. I will try it on Monday and get back to you with a feedback. Thanks so far Mike!

Would you folks happen to know if this affects 11.28?  I am on MR111. Same issue.
