Commvault logon SSO stuck

Hello,

I have enabled SSO on commserve. Today when I try to connect, it is stuck at :  Logged in. Initializing UI 

 

I have restarted services.

How to force to connect in local mode to troubleshoot ?

Hi @Bloopa,

You can press cancel and then it will give you the option.

Please check webconsole.log and webserver.log.

Please review EvMgrS.log from the Commserve during logon attempts.

I have loggued with local admin then logout then log in again with sso and now it is ok !
